At Pappy & Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
